- "Order" – A confirmed purchase request placed by the Buyer for specified Products.
- "Invoice"– A commercial document issued by ABS Pharmaceutical Company detailing the Products, quantities, prices, taxes, and payment terms for a specific Order.
- "Force Majeure" – Events beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, and transportation failures.
- "GST" – Goods and Services Tax as applicable under Indian tax laws.
- "Drug License" – Licence issued under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, authorising the manufacture, sale, or distribution of pharmaceutical products.

- Usage Data – Pages visited, time spent on each page, links clicked, and browsing patterns.
- Device and Technical Data – IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.

3. Business Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Eligibility
By placing an order with ABS Pharmaceutical Company, you confirm that:
- You are a legally recognised entity registered under Indian law.
- You hold a valid Drug License issued under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, authorising you to purchase, stock, and sell pharmaceutical products.
- You possess a valid GST registration certificate.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
- All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.
3.2 Customer Registration
To transact with us, institutional buyers must complete our registration process, which includes submission of:
- Valid Drug License (Retail or Wholesale, as applicable)
- GST registration certificate
- Business address proof and KYC documents
- Trade reference letters, where applicable
- Creditworthiness assessment documents, where applicable
ABS Pharmaceutical Company reserves the right to accept or decline any registration request at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
3.3 Account Responsibilities
Upon registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
